After managing another luxury builder in Calgary for 13 years, things changed in 2017. WideSky Custom Homes was created and this time things would be different. An “amazing breakthrough” concept of honesty, transparency, and quality without compromise.
We’re happy to tell clients exactly where their money is going. Why is this such a foreign concept to other builders? We treat every build like it’s our own house. Keeping clients informed throughout the process leads to a more satisfying experience. Sure, sometimes things go wrong but you won’t get an excuse. You’ll get an honest answer and immediate fix. Not a chain of excuses.
We’re not going to pretend that we’re the largest builder in Alberta, because we’re not. The fact is that we don’t want to be. We build around 10 luxury custom homes per year, and we cap our projects to ensure every client receives the level of quality we've come to be know for. You’ll be meeting directly with the owner and management team, because its important to us to be involved in every project.
We use our exceptional trades on every job, not whoever is cheapest and available like other builders. We know our trades by name and they know we treat them with respect and integrity. Our exceptional job management, outstanding trades and use of technology allow us to build faster, higher quality and less expensive than other custom builders.
We don’t have unhappy clients, period. Just ask us for references. When we make decisions based on, “What would I want if it was my house?”, everyone ends up happy.
