Initial Meet

Preliminary Estimate

To give you a clear starting point, we provide a ballpark estimate based on your project scope, factoring in our best practices and any specific details we’ve discussed. It’s all about setting the foundation for a home that fits your lifestyle and budget.

Step 4

Architectural Design

We love getting to know how you live in your space. How you move, gather, and unwind, so we can design a home that’s not just functional but deeply personal.

Your home should be anything but ordinary. It should feel like you - a reflection of your style, values, and the life you’re building.

Our team brings your vision to life with thoughtfully designed floorplans, elevations, and renderings, turning your dreams into a home you can see, feel, and get excited about before we even dig a hole!

Step 5

Final costing based on completed design.

Once you and your family are happy with the design, we can begin our final estimation process which may include a site trade day for renovations. This will allow us to reduce the number of questions once construction is underway. It will also allow us to pinpoint an exact investment.

STEP 6

Project Presentation

Now that we’ve worked through the design and estimation, we take the time to review both thoroughly with you. This will allow us to answer any questions you may have come up with during the estimation process.

Step 7

Review and sign contract

Once the investment number aligns with your budget we have one final meeting to review the contract and plan the start of your project. The start date is normally one month after signing.

Step 8

Begin selections

While the Widesky team prepares your project for permit approvals and construction planning, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with our design team to personalize every detail of your home.

Guided by our expert interior designer, you’ll attend selection appointments to choose everything from cabinets and flooring to door handles and fixtures, curating a space that reflects your style and vision.

Approve selections

We'll make sure all your selections fit perfectly with the overall construction process..

Begin construction process.

Our streamlined processes and direct involvement throughout means your project starts sooner and finishes faster then other builders. Your journey to a luxury renovation or new custom home will be enjoyable from start to finish.
